TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All adult persons who will reside on the premises are identified on this application and shall use the premises as a residential dwelling only. All adults must provide a copy of their driver's license or other government photo ID.
2. Upon communication of approval and acceptance, the Applicants are to pay the 1st month's rent to secure the property. If the Tenant fails to take possession or execute the Landlord's standard form of lease, the first month's rent shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
3. REPRESENTATION: The premises are offered on an "as is" basis and no other representations have been made verbally to induce the Applicant to make this Offer to Lease. The applicant acknowledges that the relationship with Power Properties Ltd. is that of a customer and Power Properties Ltd. is not an agent of the applicant.
4. This contract is the entire agreement; verbal or written side agreements or representations have not and will not be relied on and are not part of this contract.

The privacy policy of Power Properties Ltd. is to collect and verify only information necessary to confirm suitability and financial capability. Information is stored on a server located in the U.S.A. and will not be disclosed unless required by law or you vacate owing arrears for rent or damage. This information may be reported to credit reporting agencies.
I (We), the Applicant(s), certify that the information contained in this application is true and correct and authorize Power Properties Ltd. to confirm all information, including obtaining a credit report. This application is binding upon all parties as soon as it has been accepted by the Landlord or Agent and approval communicated to the Applicant.
